We work with you to assess and quantify the amount of work required. This is done in a single visit to your site at no cost. We produce a firm quotation based on our assessment. On your approval, we do the work to transform your data structures. We present the results to you to give an initial validation of the content. We also take into account any errors and inconsistencies in your existing data models. We then continue to work with you to help you determine how to make best use of this new information within your IT management processes.
Our work is generally done to an agreed scope and is priced as fixed price deliverables, with a final stage payment on review and sign-off by the client. As with all our consultancy offerings, if the scope cannot be agreed at the outset a short period of "time and materials" work is generally agreed in order to arrive at a formally agreed scope and fixed price for the remainder of the work.
