In April 2008, the Enterprise Data Management Council (EDMC) appointed us to develop a global financial industry semantics repository. Working with the EDMC and based on the approach we have developed, we will soon release a global model for financial business terms and meanings.
As at 01 August, the Repository has been completed as a first draft, and is being reviewed by the Council's Semantics Repository project team. It is expected to be published to the wider financial community in September.
The Repository is in draft format at present and can be seen on the following link. This link is provided primarily to enable local search via the Google search engine.
